Open your heart to kids at the PAL!

This year, more than 1,200 kids from the urban core ages 8-18 will come to the PAL in downtown KCK looking for a safe place to be a kid after school and on breaks. We welcome them with free programs, mentoring from police officers, and opportunities to learn gardening, cooking, art, fitness and boxing.

And for teenagers, we provide free gun safety & archery programs, low-rider bike building programs, tutoring, and the only certified Driver's Ed program in the country that's completely free and taught by police officers as driving instructors.

The results are fantastic -- this year we plan to help 200-300 low-income kids earn Kansas driver's licenses. This keeps our kids, families and neighborhoods safer.

And the demand for our programs is skyrocketing. There are waiting lists in many of our programs.

We need your help to help kids who need it the most. Please consider a donation that will give kids in the urban core the mentoring and support they need for a chance for a better, safer life. Your gift will change your life as much as it changes our kids'!

We invite you to open your heart ... be the change ... and change the trajectory of kids lives today!
